Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trust Wallet Card and related services (the "Card Services" or "Services") operated by Six Days LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), offered in authorized partnership with Trust Wallet. The Trust Wallet Card is a Visa debit card that lets you spend your self-custodied digital assets, with crypto converted to fiat at the moment of each transaction.

Before using the Services, please read these Terms carefully, along with our Privacy Policy and AML Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that: (i) you have read and understand these Terms; (ii) you agree to be bound by them; and (iii) you are legally permitted to accept them. If you do not agree with these Terms, or any changes we make to them, you must not use the Services.

We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We provide a payment card and related technology services. Any decision to hold, convert, or spend digital assets is made solely by you.

2. About the Services

The Trust Wallet Card is a Visa debit card issued by StraitsX pursuant to a license from Visa, and operated by Six Days LLC in authorized partnership with Trust Wallet. The Services allow you to:

  • Link a self-custodied digital asset wallet to a virtual or physical Visa debit card;
  • Spend your digital assets at merchants that accept Visa, worldwide;
  • Manage your card, view transactions, and access rewards through the Trust Wallet app or the client portal.

Self-custody and no pre-funding. The Card is not a prepaid or pre-funded card. Your funds remain in your own self-custodied wallet at all times. You are not required to load, top up, or transfer a balance to us in advance. When you make a purchase, the necessary amount of your digital assets is converted to fiat currency at the prevailing market rate at the moment of the transaction, solely to complete that specific purchase. You retain control of your private keys and your assets until the instant you choose to spend.

How the Card draws funds. To use the Card, you connect a self-custodied wallet and authorize an on-chain smart contract to convert and deduct the amount required to settle each purchase at the time of that purchase. Each deduction is executed on-chain under the authorization you have granted, and only in the amount needed to settle the specific transaction. No standing balance is held by us, and no funds move except to settle a purchase you have made with the Card.

Your keys stay on your device. Your private keys and Secret Phrase never leave your device. All transaction authorizations are signed locally in your own wallet. We do not take custody of, access, store, or transmit your private keys or Secret Phrase at any time.

You remain in control. Because funds are drawn under an authorization you grant to the smart contract, you may revoke that authorization at any time — for example, by disconnecting your wallet or removing the contract's spending approval through your wallet — after which no further deductions can occur. Revoking the authorization will end your ability to use the Card until you reconnect and re-authorize.

We do not take custody of your digital assets, your private keys, or your Secret Phrase. We cannot access, move, or recover the assets in your wallet, except to settle a transaction you have authorized as described above or as required by law.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally competent to enter into these Terms;
  • Complete our identity verification (KYC) and any required onboarding checks (see AML Policy);
  • Not be located in, or a resident, national, or entity established under the laws of, any jurisdiction comprehensively sanctioned by the United States, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine;
  • Not appear on any list of prohibited or restricted persons maintained by the U.S. government (including the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List), the United Nations Security Council, the United Kingdom, the European Union or its member states, or any other relevant sanctions authority;
  • Use the Services only where permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Card Services are offered worldwide wherever Visa is accepted, subject to applicable law and to any jurisdictions we are required to restrict. Availability may be limited or withdrawn in any location at our discretion or as required by our issuing and network partners. You represent and warrant that you are using the Services with legally obtained funds that rightfully belong to you. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or restrict access to any person at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that the entity is validly existing under the laws of its jurisdiction and that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

4. Accounts and Verification

To order and use the Card, you must create an account and complete identity verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. We may decline to open, or may suspend or close, any account where verification cannot be completed or where we are required to do so by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. The Card and Transactions

Card issuance. Virtual cards are issued digitally. Physical cards (Silver, Gold, and Black tiers) are shipped to the address you provide. A one-time card issuance fee applies as set out in the current fee schedule and pricing shown at checkout.

How payment works. When you use the Card, the smart contract you authorized (see Section 2) converts and deducts the required amount of your digital assets from your connected wallet to fund that transaction, at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. Conversion rates and any applicable conversion spread are disclosed in the fee schedule. Blockchain network fees may apply to on-chain movements and are outside our control.

Authorizations and finality. Card transactions, once authorized, are generally final. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified once broadcast. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before you confirm.

Limits. Transaction, daily, and ATM limits apply and vary by card tier, as disclosed in your account and the current product terms. We may adjust limits as required for security, risk, or legal compliance.

Disputes. Disputes relating to a merchant transaction are handled in accordance with applicable Visa scheme rules and the dispute process described in your account. Not all transactions are eligible for dispute or reversal.

6. Fees

Fees applicable to the Services — including card issuance fees, conversion spreads, ATM withdrawal fees, and any other charges — are set out in the Fee Schedule below and are also available in your account and at checkout. We will notify you of material changes to fees through reasonable means. Third-party fees (including blockchain network fees, ATM operator fees, and fees charged by your wallet or other providers) are outside our control and are your responsibility.

6a. Fee Schedule and Tier Comparison

The following schedule applies as of the "Last Updated" date above and is subject to change in accordance with Section 15. In the event of any discrepancy between this schedule and the pricing displayed in your account at the time of a transaction, the pricing displayed at the time of the transaction governs.

Notes on the Fee Schedule:

  1. Cashback is calculated on eligible settled purchases within each monthly cycle, up to the monthly spend amount shown for your tier. Cashback categories are determined by the merchant category assigned to each transaction. Cashback is credited in accordance with the rewards terms shown in your account.
  2. Conversion spread is the margin applied when your digital assets are converted to fiat currency to fund a transaction, and is included in the rate quoted at the time of the transaction. It is separate from any blockchain network fees.
  3. FX fee. We do not charge a separate foreign exchange fee. Conversion to the merchant's settlement currency is reflected in the rate at the time of the transaction. Third-party or network charges may still apply.
  4. ATM withdrawals are available on physical cards only. The monthly withdrawal allowance and per-withdrawal fee shown apply per calendar month. ATM operators may impose their own separate fees.
  5. Trust Black requires a self-custodied balance of $500,000. This balance remains in your own wallet — it is never staked, locked, or transferred to us, and you may withdraw it at any time. Falling below the threshold may affect Black tier eligibility.
  6. Limits shown are standard maximums and may be lower during onboarding or adjusted for security, risk, or legal-compliance reasons.
  7. All figures are stated in U.S. dollars or U.S.-dollar-equivalent value at the time of the transaction.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services to fund, facilitate, or engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, prohibited trade, or unlawful gambling. You further agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or access another user's account without authorization;
  • Introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with or disrupt the Services;
  • Reverse engineer, or circumvent any security or access controls of the Services;
  • Place an unreasonable load on our or our providers' infrastructure;
  • Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we detect a violation of these Terms or applicable law, including the Bank Secrecy Act and equivalent regulations. Where required, we will cooperate with law enforcement and regulators.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services connect you to third-party providers, including the card issuer (StraitsX), payment networks, liquidity and conversion providers, blockchain networks, and the Trust Wallet application. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms set by those providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your reliance on them is at your own risk. Any dispute relating to a third-party service should be directed to that provider.

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining what taxes apply to your transactions and for reporting and remitting them to the appropriate authorities. We do not determine, collect, withhold, or remit taxes on your behalf, except where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Trust Wallet name and marks are used under authorization from Trust Wallet. Visa marks are the property of Visa. Except for content you own, all content and materials in the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services except as permitted by law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time where required by law, for security or risk reasons, or where you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any pending transactions.

Because the Card draws on your self-custodied wallet, termination of the Services does not affect your ownership of or access to the digital assets in your own wallet. Your assets remain under your control at all times.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The value of digital assets can be volatile and may fluctuate significantly. Digital asset holdings are not insured by the FDIC, SIPC, or any equivalent deposit protection scheme. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Six Days LLC, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Six Days LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through reasonable means, such as posting the revised Terms with an updated "Last Updated" date or notifying you in the app. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, including any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Six Days LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Six Days LLC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, to the extent permitted by law.

17. General

Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and AML Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
